Here are some of the Girona hotels, with links to booking information. The comments are my own and just an observation.
Hotel AC Palau de Bellavista
Bellmirall
Hotel Carlemany.
This four-star hotel is well located amongst a busy shopping area as well as being only a short walk into the old town area. It has a ground floor piano-bar and a cafe/dining area called the Pati Verd.
Hotel Ciutat
A modern, well located hotel, near the old town area and the Placa Independencia which has numerous bars, restaurants and cafes, many with outdoor seating. There’s a good restaurant next door called Blanc.
Hotel Condal
Hotel Costabella
Not central so you’d have a good 15 min. walk into the old town, it’s almost opposite Girona’s main hospital, Trueta.
Hotel Etap
A modern, budget hotel very near to the Hotel Costabella.
Hotel Europa
Hotel Historic
Located in the old town area, I’ve heard it’s a good place to stay.
NH Hotel
Completed in 2010 with a roof-top pool ! it’s near Devesa park and in the modern, residential part of Girona, a 15 min. walk into the old town area, but there’s still a few cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
Hotel Ibis

A 4 star hotel well located in the old town area, near St. Feliu church and Girona cathedral.
Hotel Nord 1901
Not within walking distance of Girona but located in Sarria, on the northern outskirts, and near an industrial estate.
Hotel Melia
A large, modern hotel off C/ Barcelona, it’s a good 20 mins.walk to the old town and 15 mins. from the train/bus station.
Hotel Peninsular
Nicely located for both the new parts of Girona and the old town area, go in any direction to hit the shops, like the ones in Santa Clara street.
